4TU.ResearchData Working Groups

We sup­port com­mu­ni­ty-led work­ing groups for com­mu­ni­ty mem­bers to exchange knowl­edge and best prac­tices for cre­at­ing and reusing FAIR data. These work­ing groups enable us to con­nect, share expe­ri­ences and devel­op resources to ben­e­fit the research com­mu­ni­ty.

AI-Act Work­ing Group

This work­ing group aims at dis­cussing our cur­rent under­stand­ing of the AI-Act legal frame­work and how it can be applied in research activ­i­ties. Any­one work­ing in a Dutch insti­tu­tion or uni­ver­si­ty is wel­come to join — please fill out this form.

This work­ing group brings data stew­ards togeth­er to learn about use­ful tools; writ­ing, doc­u­ment­ing and test­ing code; ver­sion con­trol and col­lab­o­ra­tion; pipelines for pro­gram­ming lan­guages; and archiv­ing and licens­ing of soft­ware code.

This work­ing group brings data stew­ards togeth­er to learn about the best prac­tices for han­dling per­son­al or com­mer­cial­ly sen­si­tive data.

Engage­ment and Edu­ca­tion work­ing group

This work­ing group brings data stew­ards togeth­er to explore oppor­tu­ni­ties for cross-insti­tu­tion­al col­lab­o­ra­tions to deliv­er edu­ca­tion and train­ing for data sup­port­ers and researchers.
