Foundational Skills Training  

We aim to design and pro­vide Foun­da­tion­al Skills Train­ing for repro­ducible research, help­ing researchers and data pro­fes­sion­als apply best prac­tices from data cre­ation to analy­sis and pub­li­ca­tion. 

We sup­port also Soft­ware Car­pen­try work­shops across the part­ners insti­tutes in terms of coor­di­na­tion and train­ing deliv­ery.

• Intro­duc­tion to ver­sion Con­trol with Git 

• Intro­duc­tion to pro­gram­ming in research with Python  

• Effi­cient research work­flows with Unix shell
