4TU.ResearchData: A repository service and community for FAIR data

On 24th Feb­ru­ary, 4TU.ResearchData pre­sent­ed an overview of their repos­i­to­ry ser­vices and com­mu­ni­ty for FAIR data. Part one of the pre­sen­ta­tion, deliv­ered by Madeleine de Smaele (repos­i­to­ry man­ag­er) and Kees den Hei­jer (soft­ware devel­op­er) pro­vid­ed detailed infor­ma­tion about the tech­ni­cal infra­struc­ture to sup­port FAIR data. Part two, deliv­ered by Con­nie Clare (com­mu­ni­ty manger) pro­vid­ed infor­ma­tion about the com­mu­ni­ty (human infra­struc­ture) around the data repos­i­to­ry.

The online event wel­comed 37 researchers (PhD can­di­dates, post­docs and assis­tant professors/research asso­ciates) and data sup­port pro­fes­sion­als who want to learn about tech­ni­cal repos­i­to­ry fea­tures and com­mu­ni­ty sup­port for pub­lish­ing data and soft­ware code.
