Hi!

I’m Con­nie. I have a research back­ground in Devel­op­men­tal Biol­o­gy, but in 2020 tran­si­tioned to the role of a sci­en­tif­ic com­mu­ni­ty man­ag­er.

I was for­mer­ly the com­mu­ni­ty man­ag­er at 4TU.ResearchData but will join the Research Data Alliance (RDA) in August 2022 as the com­mu­ni­ty devel­op­ment man­ag­er.

I’m pas­sion­ate about con­nect­ing peo­ple and knowl­edge bro­ker­ing to facil­i­tate the effi­cient exchange of infor­ma­tion and best prac­tices among the sci­en­tif­ic com­mu­ni­ty. My pri­ma­ry focus is to build dis­ci­pline-spe­cif­ic com­mu­ni­ties to stim­u­late the cre­ation and reuse of FAIR data.
