RDA 22nd Plenary Meeting — Fully Virtual

The Research Data Alliance’s 22nd Ple­nary meet­ing (VP22) is now con­firmed and will take place as a ful­ly vir­tu­al event. Organ­ised by the RDA Sec­re­tari­at, VP22 will be held for half-days spread across two weeks, between 14–23 May 2024.

With the theme “Local Action — Glob­al Con­nec­tion”, which also aligns with the four themes of RDA’s Strate­gic Plan, the ple­nary will focus on col­lab­o­ra­tion and engage­ment with our glob­al com­mu­ni­ty through the shar­ing of local expe­ri­ences, best prac­tices and  rec­om­men­da­tions.

We invite indi­vid­u­als and groups at all stages of their careers to con­tribute to the dis­cus­sions, meet data pro­fes­sion­als, and get involved in the RDA com­mu­ni­ty. Over the course of two weeks, RDA Work­ing and Inter­est Groups, Com­mu­ni­ties of Prac­tice and Birds of a Feath­er ses­sions will address the most sig­nif­i­cant chal­lenges that data lead­ers face today, pre­sent­ing ongo­ing research that are build­ing the fun­da­men­tals for data sci­ence.

Regard­less of where you are in the world, you won’t need to trav­el any­where! Join VP22 from the com­fort of your pre­ferred place.
