Bio |
I graduated in Languages, Law and Economics of East Asia at Ca’ Foscari University in 2004 and 2006 (B.A. and M.A.) and in Law at Padua University (LL.M.) in 2012. I have been admitted to the bar in 2015 and I specialized in IT and privacy law.
I got a Ph.D. at Ca’ Foscari University in 2017 with an interdisciplinary thesis on Japanese Private International Law. I has been visiting Ph.D. student in Japan, USA and Germany.
After the doctoral degree I focused my research activity on Law and Technology, Legal Aspects of AI and AI Ethics and I attended a professional course on GDPR; I have been working also as a privacy consultant for multinational companies and major banks in Milan.
I am collaborating as Subject Expert and Teaching Assistant in the School of Engineering at Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC (Varese, Italy) and I am a member of the COST action “DigforEthics: Conversations on Digital Forensics, Ethics, Law and Artificial Intelligence”.
In 2021 I joined the Research Data Management team as a data steward at Eindhoven University of Technology.
