Workshop: reusing data

Date: Tuesday 5 November 2024
Time: 9.30-17.30
Location: Academy Building, Rapenburg 37, 2311 GJ Leiden
Room: Telders room

We are pleased to announce that, thanks to OSNL funding, we are organising a workshop on ‘Reusing data: Bridging the distance between data consumers and producers.’ This one-day in-person workshop will take place in Leiden on Tuesday the 5th of November. If you produce data, reuse data, or facilitate data reuse, please join us!

Our aim is to bring together data stewards, data infrastructure professionals, and researchers to discuss and brainstorm about key questions related to barriers and drivers for reusing data, focusing on the following three perspectives: 1) What do we currently know about data reuse?, 2) How can we encourage and foster data reuse?, and 3) How can we address social and organizational factors for reusing data? We will do this through both presentations and interactive sessions.

We hope to see you on the 5th of November in Leiden!
