Rob Bemthuis is a PhD student in the Pervasive Systems Research Group at the University of Twente. He holds a master’s (2017) and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente. His specialization is production and logistics management. Rob’s research is part of the Big Data for Resilient Logistics (DATAREL) project, and deals with advancing the extant logistic knowledge with novel Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data solutions for detecting emerging behaviors.
