4TU.ResearchData is a research infra­struc­ture, com­mu­ni­ty and train­ing provider whose mis­sion is to enable researchers from sci­ence, engi­neer­ing and design dis­ci­plines to make a glob­al impact with research data and soft­ware. We pro­vide a trust­ed dig­i­tal repos­i­to­ry which sup­port Find­able, Acces­si­ble, Interopable and Reusable (FAIR) data and soft­ware by offer­ing cura­tion, shar­ing, long-term access and preser­va­tion. The repos­i­to­ry has a broad com­mu­ni­ty of users and sup­port­ers who advance FAIR data and soft­ware prac­tices.

As a Soft­ware Engi­neer at 4TU.ResearchData you will devel­op the data repos­i­to­ry infra­struc­ture to sup­port researchers in effec­tive shar­ing of their research out­puts, pri­mar­i­ly research data and soft­ware.

You will work close­ly with oth­er col­leagues from 4TU.ResearchData to main­tain, scope, devel­op and imple­ment new func­tion­al­i­ties to best sup­port emerg­ing needs of the research com­mu­ni­ty. You will also col­lab­o­rate with oth­er col­leagues on joint open source projects and on estab­lish­ing best prac­tices for schol­ar­ly com­mu­ni­ca­tion infra­struc­ture.
