Data Steward, Simone Fricke, and PhD researcher, Michelle van Mierlo, from the University of Twente have organised a virtual games night to raise money for children with Duchenne. Duchenne is a muscular disease which affects children at a young age. In September, Simone and Michelle will participate in ‘Duchenne Heroes’, a 7 day mountain bike tour from France back to the Netherlands (>500km) to raise money for children with Duchenne and they need your support!
