Congratulations to TU Delft Data Steward from the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Esther Plomp, who was awarded the CODATA Essay Prize for ‘Going digital: persistent identifiers for research samples, resources and instruments’.

Esther’s article has been published in the Data Science Journal.

  • Collaboration for FAIR computational data

Assistant Professor from the University of Twente , Arnd Hartmanns, told 4TU.ResearchData how conferences and competitions can help to build FAIR formal methods and tools in the field of Computer Science.

  • Farewell to Ellen the ‘Data Trainer’

The end of the year marks the end of an era as we say farewell to our Data Trainer, Ellen Verbakel, after 35 years of working at TU Delft. Ellen was responsible for coordinating several courses, including Essentials 4 Data Support, The Informed Researcher and Research Data Management 101

We wish Ellen all the best for her future and a happy retirement with plenty of hiking!
